specific home system concerns partial inspections can be arranged,
though these may best be served by contacting a specialty
contractor. Energy
efficiency inspections are another service provided by Summit
Inspections. Whether
new or old, all homes will benefit from a professional

What is a Home Inspection?
A real estate inspection is defined as a visual,
non-invasive physical examination of the accessible systems,
structures and components of a home, intended to identify material
defects that exist at the time of the inspection. What does this mean?
Although a home inspector is not a specialist in any particular
system, he/she is a generalist trained to recognize problems in many
systems.
